Interferential Current Therapy (ICT)
Interferential Current Therapy is the most common type of electrical muscle stimulation therapy for the overall relief. THC opens up the whole treatments with IFC not only on the trigger points but also the whole spinal zone for wholictic relaxation to enhance the nervous system balance.
Meridian & Myofacial & Lymphatic Relief Therapy with Guasha
Inflammation is usually the underlying cause of several conditions including chronic pain, that ultimately aggravates stress. Our myofascial relief therapy, is a deep tissue ritual, performed with an energized silver gua-sha . Our specialists work on tissue layers, deeper than traditional massages, relieving pain of tense / contracted muscles and improving blood and lymphatic circulation.
There are various matrix within human body. HC puts emphasis on the 14 Medirian channles by Oriental Medicine, the myofacial tissues, and the lymphatic circulation, and applying the exclusively manufactured CBD external oil with various massage tools such as Silver/ Crystal/ Jade/ Horn/ Brass Guashas, and myofacial relief massage bars.
Cupping Therapy
An age-old Oriental healing technique – cupping is a non-invasive treatment that uses special Germanium coated cups. These are heated and placed on the skin to encourage blood flow to damaged areas. As they cool, they create a natural vacuum that pulls the skin, fascia, and muscles, releasing tension and stress.
In the Oriental Medicines of Korea, China, etc, the cupping therapy has long been used to detoxify the blood and boost up blood and energy circulation. It is also instantly beneficial to relieve muscle spasm.

Needle/ Ear Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Acupuncture is the safest and effetive cure
for humankind for hundreds years of history, which is approved by WHO (1979) and FDA (1996).
14 main meridian channels and apprx. 361 points, and it’s combination have been used for the cure of many disease, specially for pain issues.
THC is practicing the tracitional Needle and

In Korea it has been applied to acupuncture and a safe and effective micro current acupuncture device has been invented. THC is practicing both Needle Acupuncture and Micro Current Acupuncture to maximize the benefits. Its instant improvements in muscular and nervous pain issues already have been clinically aproved
Moxibustion
A tested Oriental healing technique, Moxa (a therapeutic herb) is used to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body. At The Healing Clinic, we use Red Clay Moxa, available in India for the first time. It is placed at key meridian points in the body for immediate detoxification, pain relief and energy rush.
The traditional Moxibustion, which is burning dried artemisia on or near to major meridian points, has been widely practiced in the North East Asian countries.
Its warming effects raise up body temperature to eradicate excessive cold energy out of human body. And artemisia as a medicinal herb is very effective to boost up immune system fighting against inflamation.

Panacell

Boxing
Our boxing fitness classes are 50 minutes of 3-minute rounds that include our fuel stations: heavy bags, one-on-one mitt work, speed bag workouts, and other complementary exercises that will get your heart rate up and bring on the sweat. The instructors teach and show technique and switch the exercises and stations to ensure each workout is as challenging and fun as the next!

Boxing X
This is our regular boxing fitness class, but the intensity is taken up a few notches to give you the same killer workout in 30 minutes. The rounds are shortened to 2 minutes, but the stations, one-on-one work, and the sweat is just the same!

Boxing+Beats
This cardio-boxing class is unique to FUEL. The boxing-inspired workout incorporates boxing moves and punches into a 45-minute class that uses punching combinations, strength training moves, and hand weights all to the beat of the music. The class ends with an intense core segment and mat work.
